We've had a busy few months working on the sheds that will become our Tasting room and Distillery here in Table Cape, Tasmania. In May Sarah spent some time with Red Cow Organic Cheese to make some cheese to lay down until we open in October so it will be nice and...

LIQUOR LICENSING ACT
Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence: for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor.
